1. Open the current crypto deposit screen in your own Binance account and select the asset.
  2. Choose a network that the sending wallet or exchange also lists for that asset.
  3. Copy the complete address and, when Binance supplies one, the matching MEMO or Tag.

Make sure a deposit address is what you need

A Binance deposit address is the receiving information used when crypto is coming from an external wallet or another platform. If crypto is leaving Binance, the withdrawal form needs the address supplied by the destination instead. Those two directions share similar labels, which makes opening the wrong screen an easy mistake.

An internal move between Binance Funding and Spot is different again. It stays inside the platform and does not call for an onchain deposit address. Before looking for a string of characters, write the route in plain language: where the asset sits now, and where it must arrive.

Find the current address in four steps

Binance’s public deposit and withdrawal guide explains the direction of the transfer. The usable receiving details, however, come from the signed-in deposit page for your account.

  1. Check the sender first. Note the exact asset and the networks the sending wallet or exchange currently offers. “USDT” alone is not enough information.
  2. Open crypto deposit in Binance. Start from the wallet or assets area, choose Deposit, then the option for depositing crypto or sending onchain. Button wording can differ between the app, website and regional versions.
  3. Select the asset, then the network. The sender and Binance must both name the same network for the same asset. A similar-looking address is not proof of compatibility.
  4. Copy the full set of receiving details. Use the copy control or QR code for the address. If Binance also displays a MEMO, Tag or another identifier, copy it separately into the sender’s matching field.
Binance public announcement about multiple deposit addresses
Binance’s public announcement about multiple deposit addresses, captured in September 2026. It documents the Deposit Crypto route and address selection; it is not a private account screen, and your usable address must come from your own signed-in deposit page.

Once the address appears, pause. Treat the asset, network, address, extra identifier and current minimum as one receiving instruction. If a field has not loaded, conflicts with the sender, or has no clear counterpart on the sending form, do not continue.

Why there is no single “Binance USDT address”

The answer to a wrong-network transfer depends on network support and who controls the receiving address. Binance’s wrong-network recovery guide makes the custody distinction clear: a self-custody route and a custodial exchange deposit are not recovered in the same way, and recovery is not assured.

One asset may circulate on several blockchains. The receiving address is therefore tied to your account, the selected asset and the selected network. A search result, an old note, a chat screenshot or an address from someone else’s account is not a safe substitute for the page in your own account.

Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain can display the same wallet address while recording transfers on separate ledgers. I compare the full network names offered by both ends before looking at the withdrawal fee; an address that looks familiar tells me very little. If either side does not support that network, stop. The network-selection checklist sets out what to compare before weighing fees or speed.

When Binance shows a MEMO or Tag

The address tells the blockchain where to deliver the transfer. A MEMO or Tag can tell a custodial platform which customer account should receive the internal credit. When the deposit page supplies both, both belong to the destination.

Paste the identifier into the sender’s dedicated MEMO, Tag or payment-ID field. A name, order number or note is not a replacement. A QR code may import only the address, so inspect the extra field even after scanning. If the transfer has already been sent without the required identifier, keep the TxID and follow the MEMO and Tag recovery checklist.

Compare the address after pasting

Use the page’s copy control instead of typing a long address. Then compare the complete pasted value on the sender’s final confirmation screen with the current Binance deposit page. Checking the beginning and end is useful for catching an obvious change, but it is not a substitute for a full comparison.

A saved address-book entry can be stale, and clipboard malware can replace a copied destination. A QR code only carries data; it does not confirm that the selected network is correct. If the receiving page is open on another device, avoid sharing a full account screenshot in a public chat or giving a stranger remote access in the name of “checking” it.

Stop if anyone asks for a password, one-time code, seed phrase or a replacement address sent through chat. None of those requests belongs in a normal deposit-address check.

Can you keep using an old deposit address?

Binance has published an announcement about multiple deposit addresses and its deposit address book. The practical lesson is not that every old address is invalid; it is that an address should not be treated as a permanent account shortcut.

Do not infer current support from a previous successful deposit. Open the deposit page again, select the asset and network, and use the address it presents now. If that address differs from the one in a saved note, stop before sending. Check for a relevant migration notice or ask support through the signed-in official route rather than “testing” the old address with funds.

No address appears after you choose a network

A missing address is not permission to reuse one from history. Confirm that both the asset and network are selected, then read the page for a maintenance, suspension, risk or account requirement. The app and website may expose the instruction in different places, so follow the current screen instead of a memorised sequence.

If reloading does not produce an address, keep the asset, network, exact notice and time of the attempt for official support. Do not post an account UID, full balance, verification code or identity document to a public forum. Support needs the state of the page, not the keys to the account.

A final check before the sender broadcasts

  1. The asset being sent matches the asset selected on Binance.
  2. The sending network and Binance deposit network are the same.
  3. The complete pasted address matches the current deposit page.
  4. Every required MEMO, Tag or other identifier is in its dedicated field.
  5. The expected amount after the sender’s charge meets the current deposit requirement.
  6. For a new route, a small test that still clears the displayed minimum can reduce the amount exposed.
  7. The final confirmation screen contains no unfamiliar address, wrong network or empty required field.

A successful test does not prove that a saved address or network will remain available later. Reopen the deposit page and check again before the next transfer.

Track the deposit after it is sent

Once the sender produces a TxID, check it on an explorer for the actual network, then compare that result with Binance deposit history. Broadcast, blockchain confirmation, platform recognition and account crediting are separate stages. A single promised arrival time cannot describe every network and account review.

If the balance does not update, keep the TxID, asset, actual network, amount, receiving address and the wording shown by Binance. The deposit-not-arrived troubleshooting order explains which party controls each stage. Do not send more funds to “wake up” the first transfer or pay a self-described support agent for acceleration or release.
